Holy Healthy Chai French Toast by Auretha Callison
Recipe makes about 3 slices of a seedy, nutty, not-to-sweet, a little spicy, holy, hearty French Toast that’s the best I’ve ever had. And I made it.
(I’ll have to pay attention to those inspired ideas that get me out of bed more frequently!!)
Eureka Seeds of the Day Organic Bread (Publix carries it)
Mix: 1 large egg, 2 Tbs cream, 1/2 tsp vanilla
Cinnamon, nutmeg, salt & black pepper to taste (Himalayan Salt has the best nutrient content and you can find it at Trader Joe’s inexpensively!)

Coombs Family Farms Organic Maple Syrup– heat up lightly in another small pan. Do not boil. Check out the Health Benefits here!!
Heat a generous amount of coconut oil to medium heat in skillet, Drench bread in egg mix each side, place in skillet so oil comes up slightly on each side. Flip each side till medium brown. Apply 1 dollop of butter and enough maple syrup to make you happy.
