Keeping track of the actual nutrition of my food and vitamins has been a challenge with online apps. Usually they only record calories, fat, and protein. This app, which can be used from your laptop, is the best one I’ve found for keep track of the actual nutrients in food. You can add your own foods and I’m going to be adding in my vitamins!
